    Been a customer for many years. Went in for a notary which should take no more than 5 minutes. Waited over 20 minutes for the personal banker to tell me she couldn't help me.. why make someone wait when you know you didn't have time for something. It's absolutely ridiculous. The lobby was full of waiting customers.

    Been doing business banking here for a Lil over a year walk in today to open some personal accounts, what I assume is the Manager stopped me sees my deposit bag says I can't deposit business today unless I go thru the drive thru, wow OK. I said any way I'm here to open some personal accounts, nope were booked for the rest of the day, 3 people waiting, takes 2 and a 1/2 hr's to help three people wow. Good by chase you just lost me and my business as customers. I have never been so insulated in my life
