  Her customer service is horrible. Every time I would try to ask a question she would assume what I was going to say and cut me off. When I got frustrated I said I had a question, started to ask it, she interrupted me again and told me if I started talking again she would be done with me. From the moment my husband and I walked into this location you could tell she didn't want to be working. She was messing around with her husband who also works there and didn't not want to stop. I will never go back to this kind of customer service and noone else should have to as well

  it takes act of GOD to get a hold of anyone in this office i have often wondered does Deborah Guest exist!!!!! stay away from this place and All state in a whole they advertise things on TV and when you really find out that you don't get any of it you wait 2 weeks for them to call you back and tell you it cost more to have the things they advertise if i could i would put 0 star!!!!!!!
