- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Short haired blond lady was closing and let the guy in front of my in and looked me right in the eye while she locked the door on me. Horrible customer service... and I'd like to add that today I had an unexpectedly long wait because this branch is PAINFULLY understaffed. There are days I walk in and nobody is to be found unless you shout "hello" and then a single employee will wonder out. Can KeyBank not afford two tellers?
